  1. Discounts apply to Budget Rent a Car: car rental in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana only, for City Lodge Hotel customers.
  2. Rates are only applicable when booking through the Budget Rent A Car online booking engine at the link provided. 
  3. A discount of up to 10% (ten percent) applies to Budget domestic and inbound online rates for bookings.
  4.  A 10% discount applies to bookings at City Lodge Hotels properties made using the link provided on the City Lodge Hotels website.
  5. All Budget rates are inclusive of VAT. 
  6. Budget Rent a Car guarantees the quoted rate for all vehicle rentals made through a confirmed reservation, provided no modifications are made. Should any amendment or modification occur, the rate will default to the prevailing online rate at the time of amendment. 
  7. Daily rates are charged for a 24-hour day or part thereof from vehicle checkout. Budget Rent a Car at its sole discretion may allow a  29 (twenty-nine) minutes grace period within which it will not charge an additional day.
