The Budget Southern African fleet is made up of over 8 500 cars, offering economy, luxury and speciality vehicles, all with an average age of 6 to 9 months. World class marques form an integral part of the fleet mix, with all vehicles offering the latest safety features, and always at competitive prices.

Maps and Driving Directions
Maps and driving direction cards are available at all branches free of charge.

Collection/Delivery
Vehicles can be delivered to or collected from any area, subject to a pre-quoted fee which will be dependent on the estimated travel distance.

Accessories
Towbars and child safety seats for certain models are available by prior arrangement at a daily charge.

Special Equipment
Paraplegic hand controls for certain models are available free of charge by prior arrangement in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.

FastBreak
The fastest way to rent a car and designed for corporate customers, FastBreak removes the necessity for the customer to sign any documentation at the time of vehicle collection. On arrival, the customer simply proceeds directly to the FastBreak dedicated counter, where the keys are handed over. To become a FastBreak renter, please contact the Budget Sales Manager in your area.

The e-billing Route
E-Billing provides customers with the convenience of receiving invoices and statements by e-mail with the same look and feel as the original document. The software is SARS certified and sends encrypted valid tax invoices, thereby ensuring e-mailed documents cannot be altered. As the system is e-mail based, internet access is not required and retrieval is practical and reliable. Invoices can be e-mailed when required to a nominated address.Raw data can be sent with the invoices for integration into Excel spreadsheets. This facilitates the administration process for the customer.

Management Reports
To assist South African corporate customers with financial planning of travel expenses, Budget Car & Van Rental offers indepth management reports. These reports detail each rental and offer summaries and analyses.
